Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. win4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
General User Responsibilities

3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

4. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the win4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, including FPX bank transfers and supported e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and that the source account belongs to them.
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the user's win4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. win4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
Deposits that have been successfully credited cannot be reversed once used for wagering. Any promotions or bonuses credited to an account are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Win4d is not responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or fees imposed by a user's bank or third-party payment service provider during the deposit or withdrawal process.
